Samsung Galaxy S8, Galaxy S8+ Get Google Daydream VR Support

It is presumed that the speculation of the launch makes it feasible to be applicable to the phablet's camera. The dual cameras on the Galaxy Note 8 should come with optical image stabilization (OIS), a super night shot, depth and perspective options. The smartphone is rumored to have a 6.3-inch screen, which makes it bigger compared to its predecessors. At the back, we can see a few major differences. After tracing the Note 7's problems to two key battery defects, the company has since tried to salvage some of the millions of recalled phones by refurbishing and rebranding them in South Korea as the Galaxy Note FE.

As you can see in the below Image (Courtesy: Evan Blass), the Galaxy Note 8 looks absolutely gorgeous and is on-par with the earlier leaked rumors.

The upcoming Samsung smartphone will also have a dual-lens camera and dual-flash array on the reverse. Other carriers rolled out similar updates, though it was dependent on Google to issue server-side support. The infinity display on the smartphone means that it will have no physical home button. That is about to change as the handsets are getting an update to support the platform. The new software bump adds the Bixby virtual assistant to the Note as well. Google did not provide more specific information, but it was enough to get folks excited. If it isn't working for you just yet, a user on Reddit suggests clearing all data from the Google VR Services application. The first such Daydream VR headset was released in November 10, 2016, but the roster of supporting phones was severely limited.
