House conservatives ramp up accusations of bias against Trump in Russia probe

As the FBI's No. 2 counterintelligence official, Strzok helped open both the Clinton and Russia investigations.

In making his case for breaking encryption, he was preaching to the choir - a conference of liked-minded law enforcement types.

Strzok - a top counter-intelligence agent who also helped run the investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server while she was secretary of State - was abruptly reassigned this summer after the inspector general for the Department of Justice discovered text messages between him and another FBI official that allegedly contained anti-Trump statements.

Peter Carr, the spokesman, said that Page had completed a brief detail to Mueller's team and had returned to the FBI "weeks before" the special counsel's office was notified of the text messages.

It is unclear if Clair is still working at the Justice Department.

Now we have proof of collusion not between Russia and Trump, but Hillary's camp and the FBI. First, sanctions and negotiations leave much of a country's nuclear infrastructure in place, whereas military action destroys it. Rebuilding from scratch always takes longer than expanding or improving existing infrastructure, especially if military action is combined with sanctions to impede the rebuilding process.

Strzok also had interviewed top Clintonite Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills, as well as overseeing the probe into Michael Flynn, which raises this bias test: If Flynn's lies warrant a charge, why don't Huma and Cheryl?

"Let's start off with the head of the snake", Hannity began. 'It is truly an honor to represent you'.

In addition, Trump should fire those who are failing to properly supervise the Mueller investigation.

These are the kinds of misstep that Team Mueller would have used to hang a Trump associate.

In other words, it looks like a low-integrity, reckless, biased bureaucrat has played an important role in two of the most important and politically charged criminal investigations of the new century.

American recognition of Jerusalem will not ripen diplomatic prospects; to the contrary, it is likely to diminish what little opportunity for progress exists, as this unilateral U.S. action demands nothing of the Israeli government and gives nothing to the Palestinians in Jerusalem or anywhere else. They also want to know when Mueller's office was informed.

The President of the United States (POTUS) took to Twitter his criticism of the FBI, saying, "After years of Comey, with the phony and dishonest Clinton investigation (and more), running the FBI, its reputation is in Tatters - worst in History!"

Mueller's investigation has cost taxpayers at least $3.2 million so far, according to Justice Department records released Tuesday.

So the timing of the damning revelations of Strzok's partisan inclinations could not have come at a worse time for a proud agency trying to right itself after a series of highly publicized missteps. Moreover, back then, Syria had no interest in joining the war, whereas today, it might have little choice. Once again, Trump and the GOP are benefiting from Democratic missteps.
